After making contact I establish what you want valuated and obtain a mandate for valuation.

Countrywide. Although I am based in Johannesburg, I regularly travel to all areas of South Africa to do valuations.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

An advalorum tariff is charged, based on the value of the asset/s or on an hourly basis negotiated in advance. Fee structures are outlined by the SA Council of Valuers but to ensure there are no unseen costs, an upfront quote can be provided.

WHY NOT AN ESTATE AGENT?

Using an estate agent, or an inexperienced valuer, may seem the natural choice and save you valuation fees but getting accurate valuations is essential in most cases and in the long run usually works out cost effectively.
